I am currently experiencing an "elephant in the room" scenario vis-a-vis PMG, whereby we appear to be studiously ignoring recent events and changes.

OMG that stuff makes me *cranky* - much sympathy.
(Although, initially, I was wondering why there's a stuffed elephant in a meeting room hanging around to be photographed. Did they stuff it in situ? Is it really full of helium to make it lighter? Inquiring minds ... ;p)
